We have various training modules available from simple market & product awareness sessions to fully accredited City & Guilds qualifications for iCS & OZEV approval.

Training

iCS offer a bespoke Electric Vehicle Charger installation course for qualified electricians providing City & Guilds accreditation & iCS approved installer status. There are several benefits that successful completion of the course will grant you. These include:

  • Eligibility to become an OZEV approved installer. Depending on the site & customer this enables qualifying installations to be eligible for a grant giving you a competitive edge

  • Visibility on the Government OZEV website
  • Assistance and guidance to completing OZEV registration
  • Practical and theory guidance ahead of installing EV Charge stations in the field
  • Visibility on the iCS website

  • Qualified EV installer 2921-31 certificate (upon assessment completion)
  • Live test rigs incorporating iCS Charge stations, recreating ‘real world’ installs & troubleshooting
  • OZEV application assistance
  • Guidance on DNO (Distribution Network Operator) dialogue
  • iCS product & software exposure
  • Aftercare and support

Already OZEV approved?

If you are already OZEV approved or completed other manufactures courses and would like to become an iCS approved installer, training modules are available to be concluded remotely, ensuring you can get started installing iCS charge stations as quickly as possible, armed with the information required for a straightforward install.
